Ballard Spahr has added an attorney to its real estate department in Washington.
Desmond Connall Jr., formerly a partner with Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, joins Ballard Spahr as a partner.
Connall focuses his practice on the representation of developers, property owners, real estate investment trusts and tenants.
"Des strengthens our core development practice in the Mid-Atlantic region, and brings new energy and relationships to the mix," Michael Sklaroff, chair of the real estate department, said in a written statement.
Connall was not immediately available for comment.
